Interest Rates

There is a big shift going on in our economy. Interest rates have been very low since the financial crisis but that has changed. The Federal Reserve has recently decided that it no longer needs to keep that rate so low because the economy is showing strength which is great news! Don’t panic about rising mortgage rates, rates are still pretty great. Don’t feel pressured because they will continue to rise, this decision requires careful thought.
